The new Courtyard Café has recently been completed at Durham University, and is situated within the Palace Green Library. The café has created a whole new and exciting ‘coffee shop’ entrance to the building, allowing visitors and students to have access to refreshments.

Treasures Gallery Receives Funding
The University of Leeds has succeeded in securing HLF funding for a refurbishment scheme for a new Treasures Gallery. Planning approval for works at the iconic Parkinson Building were secured in 2014. The £1.5m project has been modelled using BIM, with the aim of project completion in winter 2015.
GSSArchitecture have produced a new BIM (Building Information Modelling) guide highlighting the advantages of BIM, our workflow, and how we can integrate these practices into your project to benefit the management of design and construction phases, and delivery.
