Outline proposals have been prepared for a major expansion to the world-renowned Business School at the University of Durham. The scheme will be based on a holistic environmental strategy where, according to needs and requirements, elements are added, remodelled or refurbished.
The key to the success of the project is the way in which the circulation space of the enhanced building becomes something other than just corridors. A permeable and interactive environment helps to promote both movement and activity.
