This major office development is at Capability Green Business Park, near Luton Airport, and comprises nine steel-framed buildings ranging in size from 1,970 sq ft to 7,555 sq ft.
The contractors of the "design and build" project were Watson & Cox, who appointed GSS to undertake the detailed design. The project got off to a racing start, with the steelwork for the first of nine buildings on the site going up within one month of the appointment.
Individual offices have a high level of specification.
