At Cedars Farm, Little Brington, Northamptonshire, three stone and brick barns have been sensitively converted into very attractive high-specification homes. Two have four bedrooms, while the third has three bedrooms.
Two new detached four-bedroom houses have also been built, one in stone and one in brick. Four of the new homes have a double garage, while the other has a single garage.
The detailed design was by GSS after the outline scheme was taken up to planning by a local architect. GSS also acted as quantity surveyors and CDM co-ordinators for the tender and construction phase.
