Masterplans have been designed for a wide range of housing clients including social housing providers, private developers, landowners and private individuals.
They range in size from developments with over 300 homes down to smaller schemes with perhaps a dozen or so houses. GSS specialises in designing masterplans for particularly awkward sites.
