GSS provided architectural and masterplanning services for the development of 28 hectares of Nene Park for Griggs & Co at Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire.
The industrial element of the project included the conversion of an existing tannery unit and construction of a new manufacturing complex comprising 8,000 square metres of production space, 4,500 square metres of warehousing and distribution and 5,000 square metres of offices, a laboratory and catering facilities.
