Social Housing
Our social housing clients include Accent Nene, Bedfordshire Pilgrims HA, the Hyde Group, Knightstone HA, Leicester HA, Longhurst Group Ltd, the Source Development Partnership, Stonham Housing Association and the Yarlington Housing Group.
Projects range in size from multi-million pound sheltered housing schemes to smaller developments of around a dozen homes. These have included blocks of flats, terraced and semi-detached houses, and urban regeneration schemes. We have masterplanned a number of high density schemes, and have considerable experience of planning awkward sites.
Our projects have also included several residential schemes for people with learning disabilities and with long-term brain injuries.
