GSS has been responsible for masterplanning, designing and project-managing this state-of-the-art production unit, covering 10,000 square metres, with additional warehousing covering 9,000 square metres. GSS project-managed the facility in close liaison with the client, and provided a one-stop shop incorporating architecture, quantity surveying, planning supervision and engineering.
The food industry has very special requirements in terms of safety and hygiene, and there is a need for specialist expertise in the design and construction of new buildings. This development is at the forefront of new technology within the industry.
