GSSArchitecture are pleased to announce that planning permission has been achieved for a new fully accessible scout centre for the 20th Harrogate Scout Group.

The proposed development has been designed by GSSArchitecture under the Pro-Help scheme, run by Business in the Community, and will see the current hut replaced with new modern accommodation to facilitate a wide variety of activities, and to provide access to the local community.

The 20th Harrogate Scout Group provides training for children and young adults including, learning by participating in varied and progressive activities, making choices, taking responsibility for their own actions and increasing responsibility for others.  The training also involves working in groups, team building exercises and outdoor activities.
